The other top Sunny Isles Beach condo sales were found at JADE Beach #4501 selling at $2M ($645psf), Ocean One #2510 selling at $1.450M ($453psf), JADE Beach #3308 selling at $1.420M ($442psf), Acqualina #704 at $1.299M ($638psf) and Trump Palace #3901 selling at $1.270M ($593psf).
